Public Works – Town of Chilton
Public Works for the Town of Chilton Coming Soon!
Public Works is the part of the town that takes care of the things everyone uses but may not always think about. They keep our streets safe and smooth to drive on, make sure our sidewalks and streetlights are working, and maintain parks, bike trails, and public spaces. If there’s a snowstorm, the Public Works crew is out clearing the roads. When there’s a pothole or a water main break, they’re the ones fixing it. Basically, they make sure the town is clean, safe, and running smoothly every day.
Public Works also manages water, sewer, and waste services — all the behind-the-scenes systems that keep our homes & farms healthy and comfortable. They make sure clean water gets to your tap and that stormwater drains properly to prevent flooding. You can think of Public Works as the group that connects the entire town, helping everything run as it should. They work hard year-round to keep the community a great place to live, work, and play.
