Board of Review

9am – in session for at least 2 hours

1. Call Board of Review to order.
2. Roll Call.
3. Confirmation that meeting notices were posted.
4. Select Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson for BOR.
5. Verify at least one BOR member has met the annual mandatory training requirements.
6. Receipt of the Assessment Roll by clerk from the Assessor.
7. Review the Assessment Roll and Perform Statutory Duties:
   • Examine the roll for any action needed
8. Discussion/Action – Certify all corrections of error under state law (sec. 70.43, Wis.Stats.)
9. Discussion/Action – Verify with the assessor that open book changes are included in the assessment roll.
10. Allow taxpayers to examine assessment data. New Laws
11. Any notices of intent/discussion/reviews.
    • An appointment to schedule at a future date for review?
12. Adjourn
